The name grabFIX is derived from 'grab' meaning grab and FIX standing for ‘Fine Illustration plus Extraordinary’. He likes to grab and fix at the same time no matter what the situation is. Its good for you to grab a big opportunity but don't even try to FIX things that you don't really know or even try to grab things that is unreachable.

“Most companies spend 50% to 70% of their money on people’s salary. And yet, they spend less than 1% of their total budget to develop their people. Most companies, in fact, spend more time and money on maintaining their buildings and equipment than they do on maintaining and developing people. It’s ironic. If people get results, then it certainly makes good sense to invest in people.”

Bank Negara Malaysia's 50th Anniversary Commemorative Coin Design Competition

Rationale for the coin design
The shape of this commemorative coin design generally outlines the beloved national flower of Malaysia, the Hibiscus or ‘Bunga Raya’.
The 14 red and white stripes stretched horizontally over each of the petals show the various obstacles that we have faced before and after our nation’s independence.
The five blue circles represent the past 50 years of independence from external autonomy forces and our inherent ability to come together as one nation through constant growth. The feature that brings the focus together is the bright yellow star enclosed in the five blue circles. This star signifies a solid relationship, mutual harmony as well as tolerance & unity within its people to achieve one mission thus becoming a solid centre of nation building.
The winning entry will receive a RM20,000 cash prize and consolation prizes of RM1,000 will be awarded to each of the ten (10) shortlisted entries. Wish me luck to win this competition, folk!
